YOUtopia is the San Diego Burning Man Community's official Burning Man regional event where we celebrate the vibrant creative and communal elements of San Diego and the surrounding areas.
The theme for this year is Metamorphosis – Shift Happens.
YOUtopia 2012 is a 4 day/3 night camping event that will take place on the La Jolla Indian Reservation Campgrounds from Thursday, October 18 at 10am until Sunday, October 21 mid-day. There will be no glass containers of any kind allowed on-site, and no vending, with the exception of ice. Due to the fact that October is a risky month in terms of wildfires, outside firewood will not be allowed in. Depending on wind conditions, firewood may be available for purchase on site, but this will be entirely at the discretion of the La Jolla Indian Reservation fire department.
